• Stay self-motivated to enhance your understanding of all beauty products, utilizing brand and store resources, educational materials, and training sessions
• Lead and execute in-store events in collaboration with the store and brands
• Uphold high standards of personal grooming in line with company policies
• Act as a Brand Ambassador by positively representing our products and company at all times
• Collaborate with the store management team and nurture relationships with brand representatives
• Embrace teamwork by actively participating in all store activities to support overall objectives
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures while embodying our culture and values

Requirements:

• Previous experience in luxury or premium retail within a managerial role
• Extensive knowledge and enthusiasm for luxury retail, including fostering brand connections
• Ability to maintain a flexible schedule based on business requirements
