What you will be doing:


We are looking for confident, enthusiastic, polite individuals to join our Site Host Team, in our Chiswick Honda and GWR Kia dealerships.

You will be the first point of contact for all customers and visitors, whether it be in person or on the telephone, so making a good impression from the offset is a must.


  • Greet our visitors and customers, politely and ascertaining their needs, directing them to the relevant department or staff member
  • Answer the telephone promptly, pass calls on to the relevant member of staff quickly and efficiently, take messages when necessary
  • Provide administrative assistance as required to all departments across the sites when required
  • Offer customers tea, coffee etc.
  • Direct and move customer vehicles as and when required

What we need from you:

  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
  • Previous experience of working within a similar role is essential
  • Commitment to providing customer excellence to ensure every customer contact with the business is a positive experience
  • Proficient administration and IT skills
  • Helpful cando attitude, with the willingness to help, wherever need be.
  • A full clean driving licence would be an advantage
