Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Home Manager with CQC compliance, audits, rota management, recruitment, mentoring, and appraisals
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships internally and externally

Requirements:
We seek an experienced individual with strong leadership abilities, a genuine interest in adult social care, and a proven track record of inspiring teams to deliver exceptional care. This role is open to Senior Nurses or Clinical Leads aiming for progression, as well as Deputy Managers seeking new challenges.
