As a Reception/Admin Apprentice, you will be responsible for greeting visitors, making phone calls, and organising meeting rooms.

Key Responsibilities:_

Reception duties:

  • Answer phone calls and deal with inquiries and passing onto the relevant personnel
- meeting and greeting visitors into the building

Admin:

  • Includes photocopying, scanning, shredding, and filing documents, to ensure the reception remains organised

Managing meeting rooms:

- booking rooms, setting up rooms, clearing rooms

  • Support with events

Skills needed:

  • Positive and enthusiastic
  • Good telephone manner
  • Highly organised
  • A keen eye for detail
  • A basic knowledge of Microsoft packages such as Word and Excel
