We are in search of an experienced Group Sales Performance Director to join our team and play a crucial role in driving sales and growth initiatives across our 17 companies. As a key member of the main board, reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will collaborate closely with Managing Directors and Sales Managers to enhance team performance and overall sales effectiveness.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Performance: Measure the impact of your work on group and individual company sales performance.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop tailored sales strategies for each company within the engineering services sector.
  • Business Planning: Assist in creating and implementing business plans aligned with group goals.
  • Sales Plans: Oversee detailed sales plans, target setting, and performance metrics.
  • Training: Conduct training sessions for MDs and sales representatives.
  • Mentorship: Provide ongoing coaching to foster excellence in sales practices.
  • Collaboration: Encourage sharing of best practices among companies.
  • Sales Execution: Handle strategic sales opportunities and implement process improvements.
  • Personal Sales: Undertake occasional self-delivered opportunity development.
