We are looking for an enthusiastic Business Administration Apprentice to join our team specializing in Manufacturing Engineering for our Engine Business Unit in Darlington, County Durham.

During your apprenticeship with us, you will learn how a major global organization operates, gaining the tools and exposure you will need to become an expert in the industry and power your potential

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • You will support the Manufacturing Engineering team with administrative tasks such as preparing statistical reports and addressing routine information requests.
  • Gathers, compiles and verifies information and enters in accurately into documents such as reports, presentations and manages office systems such as databases and trackers.
  • Assists with associate functions such as preparing correspondence, arranging conference calls and scheduling meetings.
  • Prepares documentation for payment of vendors, suppliers and other third parties as applicable; submits documentation and enters request for payments into accounting system; responds to inquiries from accounts payable and payees.
  • Gathering, recording & reporting data as well as supporting in the sites management of change process.
