Peaple Talent has partnered with a leading Business Systems and Solutions business in search of the next addition to a scaling IT Department.

As a Desktop Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the performance of the IT/Technical Services team. The role will be varied and fast paced and will involve providing 1st and 2nd line technical support.

Our client has embarked on a significant transformation and a complete infrastructure refresh. This person will join a group of exceptionally talented and passionate individuals and to contribute towards our continued success.

What we are looking for:

  • 1-2 years Desktop Support experience
  • Knowledge and experience of Microsoft 365 application suite
  • Experience with Azure Active Directory
  • Basic networking knowledge
  • Experience with either Microsoft Endpoint Protection/Intune
  • Working with anti-virus software
  • Technical understanding of TCPIP and DNS
  • Experience of Mimecast support, desirable but not essential
