We're currently recruiting for a
Production Operative to join us at our site in
Falkirk. Internally this role is called Operations Team Member.

So, what's the role about?

You'll mainly work within the Concrete Block Paving department, operating press machinery, hand-powered tools, shot blast machinery, and mobile plant such as Forklift trucks to move stock around the site.

You'll learn all about manufacturing techniques, processes, safety, quality waste, and OEE.

Working as part of a skilled team to manufacture high-quality concrete products using the best technology and techniques, you'll put health and safety at the heart of everything you do


Don't worry if you've not worked in our industry before; we can teach you everything there is to know about Manufacturing.

All we ask is that you have a positive 'can do' outlook, be a good communicator, and have the willingness to learn

Shift Pattern:


As an example, our site at Falkirk follows the below shift pattern is as follows: 2 Days on, 3 Days off, 2 Days on, 2 Days off, 3 Days on, 2 Days off.

Start/finish times TBC but likely to be 6am -6pm

What are the skills required?

  • Experience working in a Production/Manufacturing environment is preferred but not essential
  • Good group working spirit
  • Basic computer user experience will be required
  • Current accredited FLT licence (preferred but not essential)
  • Good level of English, oral and written
  • A forwardthinking individual continually looking at improving processes and wastes
  • Knowledge of OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) is advantageous
