We are looking for a Multinational Program Coordinator based in London, who will focus on our Clinical Trials Line of Business, for a 6-month contract.

The team has regular openings in our Multinational Operations teams, and therefore there is the possibility that this fixed-term contract could result in a permanent role with Allianz Commercial.


Your Team

At Allianz Commercial our multinational program coordinators support the business by capturing and processing policy information; from submissions through to billings and collections.

We pride ourselves on delivering excellent customer service and operational effectiveness for our clients.


Based in London and reporting to the Multinational Team Manager, you will provide an efficient administration and processing service to Underwriting, Accounts, Claims, Credit Control and the Brokers/Clients focusing on our Clinical Trials line of business.


The Impact You Will Have

As a Multinational Program Coordinator, you will take on a portfolio of global programs and be a key contributor to ensure our Multinational service delivery is best in class.


We are looking for someone who is passionate about Multinational, driving and developing a customer centric culture at Allianz and willing to challenge the status quo.


Your responsibilities include reviewing and interpreting source underwriting materials to ensure all information is complete including broker presentation, slips, and underwriting files and accounts.


Some of your specific responsibilities could include:

  • Working closely with the underwriting teams regarding program structure, implementation of the program by giving or receiving instructions with Allianz Commercial offices around the world, addressing questions and resolving any issues regarding cover and wording
  • Ensuring all local policies are issued in a timely fashion and that client expectations are met
  • Accurately and efficiently populating our IT systems
  • Working directly with brokers if necessary
  • Supporting other members of the team with training and sharing technical knowledge
  • Managing own workflow to ensure key performance indicators and service standards are met

What You'll Bring to the Role

We'd like to find someone with a first experience handling the administration of insurance programs in the UK, ideally in a multinational context.

You are available quickly, based in the London area, and motivated for an initial 6-month fixed-term contract in our Corporate Insurance team.


  • Excellent verbal / written communication and interpersonal skills
  • A good understanding of relevant products, wordings, terms and conditions and coverages
  • Great time management skills, and the ability to review priorities according to need
  • Datadriven and innovationminded, you are able to implement new digital ways of working
  • You work well in a team and remain calm under pressure
