Senior Fertility Nurse Opportunity - Cambridge

Exceptional Salary up to £70,000pa plus package

As a Senior Fertility Nurse, you will play a central role in the clinic's operations, providing essential guidance, support, and care to our valued patients. If you possess qualities such as empathy, discretion, care, and compassion in your nursing practice, this role is perfect for you.

Senior Fertility Nurse Responsibilities:


• Deliver scanning with clients


• Perform venepuncture and blood tests accurately.


• Address patient concerns with informed and concise responses.


• Conduct assessments and consultations as required.


• Assist in theater procedures, including egg collection and embryo transfers.


• Mentor junior staff to foster their professional growth.


• Participate in the procedure room as a scrub and circulator.


• Develop personalized treatment plans for patients.


• Provide coverage for staff illnesses or emergencies.


• Maintain a sterile and hygienic theater environment.


• Cultivate a welcoming and calming atmosphere for patients.

Senior Fertility Nurse Requirements:


• Preferred: Minimum of 4 years of experience in fertility nursing.

Ideal Candidate:


• Passionate about nursing and patient care.


• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.


• Basic proficiency in computer applications.


• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.


• Willingness to support others.
