THE ROLE:


As a Machine Operator you will be based in our busy production areas carrying out Machine Operating duties including manual handling and working on high-speed production lines, and supporting the Shift Management in the delivery of performance; resolving issues through your active contribution.


Duties will include:

  • Adhering to Health and Safety and Quality standards
  • Following standard operating procedures
  • Completing or verifying quality checks in line with QA standards
  • Maintaining a "Clean as you go" policy
  • Identifying any issues with the production line and to resolve with fellow operators or engineers
  • Carrying out change overs
  • Efficiently cleaning and inspecting fellow colleagues change overs

THE CANDIDATE:

We are looking for highly motivated individuals who have an aptitude for operating high speed equipment. Previous experience in a similar role is preferable but not essential, as full training will be given.

Hours of Work three rotating shifts


39 hours per week, working Monday - Friday inclusive on a shift pattern consisting of 6am - 2pm, 2pm - 10pm and 10-pm - 6am.
