INSURANCE APPRENTICESHIP - FULL-TIME SALARY AND TRAINING PROVIDED

My client, a specialist professional services and technology firm are looking to bring on board highly motivated individuals to join their exciting claims team You would be growing your career with a global business who partner with leading insurers and instantlyrecognisable clients.

This Property OR Niche Claims Handler role will place you at the heart of our customer journey and you will be the first point of contact in moments that matter to our clients.

You would be interacting with a variety of customers, clients and insurers aroundthe country who operate within our Property Market.


  • Interacting with clients and customers using Omnichannel communication.
  • Reviewing and setting up new claims, appointing contractors and updating claims on internal systems.
  • Issuing payments to policyholders and suppliers for settlements.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

You will work towards your:

  • Insurance Practitioner Level 3 Apprenticeship.
  • Certificate in Insurance (Cert CII).
  • Level 2 Functional Skills in English and Maths (if required).

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
A permanent position will be offered once the apprenticeship is completed.
