Join Our Team at Assystem: Embrace the Energy Transition Revolution Description: - The Head of Data and AI role at Assystem involves expert technical services, planning, and implementation support for data mapping, model design, and migration planning. - Requires software engineering experience to ensure strategy execution using a data-centric approach. - Acts as an ambassador for the digital business, bridging technical support and professional services consultants with delivery teams. - Reports to the Digital Operations Director, contributing to the UK digital business strategy. - Must bring leadership experience and networks to enhance Assystem's offerings. - Self-starter attitude needed to develop data practices for clients. - Excellent communication skills crucial for collaborative work with customers and teams at all levels. - Expectations of travel to project offices and sites for interactions. Responsibilities: - Develop practices to enable Assystem to contribute to the UK industrial strategy. - Stay updated on industry best practices and new developments. - Mentor team members, work globally for sharing best practices. - Identify digital transformation areas for value return. - Knowledge of competing AI and data solutions, recommending and implementing in client environments. - Support data environment implementation, deploy DevOps for data products. - Advise on data management best practices, support marketing initiatives. - Qualify potential deals, develop literature, present at conferences. Qualifications: - Experience in regulated industries like Nuclear, Energy, Transportation, and Infrastructure preferred. - Bachelor's degree in a related field. - Minimum 5 years' relevant experience. - Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to work independently and in teams.
