Duration - 6 months
Accountabilities
- To work on expediting related activities at the direction of Senior Expeditors and Expediting Supervisor
- Providing support the Senior Expeditors and Expediting Supervisor, in terms of data analysis, or data entry into MRP based tracking tool
- To assist in preparation of weekly, monthly or ad hoc reports
- To manage a small number of contract packages, with the supervision of greater Expediting team
- To attend and report contract package status at Expediting Status Review meetings (ESR)
- Escalate to the Expediting Supervisor any actual or potential problems which would adversely affect delivery of critical equipment and/or key drawing and data submittal dates
- On occasions may be required to undertake field expediting activities him or herself or shadow some of the more experienced members within the team on visits to premise
- When representing NNB at manufacturers premises, to and act safely and professionally at all times
- Promote a collaborative working environment with internal customers such as Engineering, Materials Management, Purchasing, Commercial Management, Project Controls, MIT, CEIDRE, Logistics, and Asset Management functions
- To ensure the continuous and accurate updating of the integrated MRP tracking system
Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications & Experience
- Demonstrable track record of collaborative working within successful project teams
- Flexibility to travel as and when necessary to meet the needs of NNB Gen Co Ltd
- Previous experience on Capital Works projects for Process Plants, preferably from Power, Chemical or Oil and Gas industries
- Must have excellent communication skills and be able to clearly and concisely get their point across
