We are seeking a passionate, experienced and charismatic waiter to join our dynamic team at our vibrant Molecular Cocktail bar & Pan Asian bar/restaurant.


Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly, professional and warm manner
  • Ability to supervise, coach and mentor a team
  • Loves to train their team continuously to be the best they can be
  • Take and process orders accurately and efficiently, while ensuring the guests' preferences and dietary restrictions are taken into account
  • Serve food and drinks in a timely and polished manner, ensuring that each dish and beverage is beautifully presented
  • Maintain a clean, organized and wellstocked dining area, ensuring the highest levels of hygiene and safety are adhered to at all times
  • Respond to any additional requests or complaints in a prompt and courteous manner, ensuring that all guest needs are fulfilled
  • Work effectively as part of a team, collaborating with chefs, bartenders and other waitstaff to ensure the smooth operation of our establishment
  • Be knowledgeable about our food, beverage and specials menus, and able to answer any questions guests may have about them
  • Maintain a positive attitude and friendly demeanor, even under pressure or during busy shifts

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a waiter in a fastpaced, highvolume restaurant or bar environment
  • Knowledge of Pan Asian cuisine, and a passion for food and beverage service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests and colleagues alike
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills, with the ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Impeccable grooming and hygiene standards
