Bluestones Supply Chain Derby are currently recruiting for a Production Supervisor for our client based in Nottingham.


We are currently looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee a team of up to 15 employees working Monday - Thursday 7am to 4pm, and finishing at 2pm on a Friday.

You must be flexible as overtime is required to support the needs of the business.

Requirements:

  • Experience of working within the manufacturing industry
  • Experience of working in a busy environment
  • Must be able to read and understand production plans/specifications.
  • Be Health & Safety compliant
  • Used to working within manufacturing standards
  • A minimum of 3 years' supervisory experience
  • Ability to work additional hours to support workload
  • Mechanically minded

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure production is running smoothly and deal with any issues that may arise.
  • Provide day to day supervision of the team
  • Liaise with staff of all levels to ensure the efficient running of the workshop
  • Coordinate the team to ensure targets are met in line with production plans
  • Monitor staff performance
  • Ensure all workers are compliant with Company Procedures and policies.

Salary:

- £30,000 per annum

  • Overtime available paid at time 1⁄2
