The role


We are currently recruiting for a Night Care Team Leader to join our team - working at 43 hours per week at the rate of £12.86 / salary £28,836.24.


Anchor is a Real Living Wage employer - from April 2024 our rate of pay will increase to £13.96 per hour / £31,302.80 per annum.

Who are we?
Wharfeside is our fabulous new home in Otley. Purpose built to provide excellent care for residents with varying degrees of support. Built over 3 floors and including a dementia floor, we have roles to engage all.

What does it mean to be a Care Team Leader?

  • Managing / Supporting your Care team through rotas, compliance, and performance reviews.
  • Ensuring resident safety through medication, incident reports / escalations, Anchor compliance and CQC fundamental standards.
  • Working closely with the Management Team to ensure a smooth running of the home.
