A wonderful opportunity has become available for an experienced, professional, Private PA to work for a female principal in Chalk Farm, London, on a part-time basis.


Duties include, not limited to:

  • Weekly meetings, building a list of priorities and actions for that week/the weeks ahead
  • Actioning the list, including general manual tasks such as grocery shopping, parcel collection/delivery, organising files, and ordering the home, rearranging rooms in tandem with the cleaner
  • Administrative support with legal, financial, medical, insurance, and property maintenance including scheduling/diary management booking appointments, jobs, social calendar, etc
  • Managing bookings/travel flights, hotels, transfers, etc
  • Researching, ordering, and implementing installs and products for the home including the recruitment of builders/plumbers/where required
  • Onsite attendance at home to meet visitors/builders/etc
  • Management of the residence at Chalk Farm and principal's holiday home in Italy
  • Liaising with the principal's wider team at times
  • Personable and friendly
  • Proactive attitude, highly adept at organising, maintaining, running, designing, and managing all aspects of the principal's personal and property life (no requirement for support in her professional work)
  • Flexibility
  • Comfortable with pets (dog)

Hours:
Part-time work/3 days a week/20 hour flexibly - to be discussed. This has the potential to go full-time once the role has been established

Salary:
Circa £25ph
