Training Associate Specialist:

  • Your responsibilitiesCUSTOMER TRAINING
  • Administer and deliver customer training courses in customer laboratory.
  • Administer and deliver customer bespoke training courses.
  • Administer and deliver online/remote training courses.
  • Continually update training course material to reflect new practice or new features.
  • Create and manage training courses using the customer LMS system.
  • Maintain high customer pass rate.

ADMINISTRATION

  • Ensure all documents are completed according to the required standard.
  • Create and update as required documentation relating to training, SOPs and customer Information.
  • Create training records on customer LMS.
  • Contact Customers to arrange training.
  • Maintain the customer LMS and other department platforms.
  • Support the develop of new training methods.
  • Develop ability to Plan own diary and travel requirements.

PRODUCT SUPPORT

  • Attend customer sites with and without supervision.
  • Assist Product teams with Application information.
  • Assist instrument troubleshooting if applicable

PERSONAL TRAINING

  • Attend all required company training. (i.e. Induction, driving assessment etc.)
  • Attend all required technical instrumentation training.
  • Attend all required train the trainer training.
  • Gain understanding of LMS software.
  • Gain understanding of all trainingrelated software.
  • Complete all training required to transition to Training Specialist role.
  • Maintain all personal training records,
  • Company Policy and Procedures.

REGULATORY AFFAIRS

  • Deal with regulatory issues as priority within strict timeframes.
  • Communicate and record data as detailed in process.
  • Conduct full investigation of incident(s).
HEALTH & SAFETY (H&S)

  • Attend all required H&S training.
  • Adhere to company and customer H&S rules and regulations.

ENVIRONMENTAL

  • Adhere to company environmental rules and regulations
  • Adhere to Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive.

GENERAL

  • Good and effective communication with customers, peers, and management.
  • To look after and maintain any company property supplied.
  • Maintain expenses within guidelines.
  • Maintain high level of customer account management and organisational skills.
  • To assist in any other tasks that requires your expertise as needed.
  • Promote Sysmex UK as a leader in the diagnostic market.
  • Assist to achieve all department and company KPI's.
As well as a number of other responsibilities.

  • Your profileESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Full Driving Licence
  • BSc (Hons) degree in Biomedical Science or Similar
  • At least 2 years' experience working within a blood sciences laboratory
  • Customer focus
  • Technical and logical problem solving capability.
  • Reading and understanding of scientific and/or technical documentation.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communicator / negotiator
  • Good organisational skills
  • Confidence
