Working within our busy environment you will carry out Health Records duties as part of the Choice & Access team, assisting in the daily provision of a professional health records service ensuring patients, relatives and visitors receive the best possible service.
The role will involve the filing, locating, retrieval and preparation of patient casenotes, to ensure that national waiting times are adhered to.
Advising patients, staff and relatives by telephone and dealing with their enquires is also a key part of this role.
