Duties
As a Front of House Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting and welcoming guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Taking customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Serving food and drink promptly
  • Providing recommendations on menu items and upselling when appropriate
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area

Experience

  • Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting
  • Exceptional guest service skills with a focus on creating a positive dining experience
  • Ability to work under pressure.

Job Type:
Zero hours contract

Salary:
£7.49-£10.42 per hour
