- £30,000 per annum PAYE, rising to £32,250 after probation period (3 months)
  • Monday to Thursday, 08.00 to 17.00 and 8.00am to 2.00pm on Friday
  • Frequent UK travel, expenses paid.
  • Some overtime/weekend/bank holiday work necessary
  • Overtime payable after 40 hours worked per week.

Overtime rates - X1.5 hourly rate for hours worked 6am - 8am & 5pm - 10pm between Monday to Thursday, or from 2pm - 10pm on a Friday and at any time on a Saturday.

This includes travel from
- _home/hotel to site_.
  • X2 hourly rate for 10pm 6am
  • Mon
  • Sat, Sundays and Bank holidays (plus a day off in lieu)
  • Travel from
- _home to hotel_ is payable at single time on weekdays, time & a half at weekends & statutory holidays.
  • Travel from
home to office is excluded from working hours.
  • Overseas Subsistence £35 gross for each night spent outside of the UK.
  • Van provided
  • Biannual performance related bonus scheme 25 days holiday per annum, plus bank hols. 3 days of entitlement must be reserved for Christmas close down.

About the role- To install floor coverings - to include preparation of substrate if necessary
- throughout the UK and potentially in some European/worldwide locations
  • Conduct training for the cleaning procedures for the products
  • Carrying out repairs under warranty and steam cleans
  • To ensure that the Company vehicle is well stocked and kept clean
  • Maintain an adequate supply of the tools and equipment required for installations.
  • Upsell / cross sell other products
  • Assist in factory and/or office if there are no installations booked
  • Valid driving licence
  • Prior experience in a similar role
  • Floor fitting in commercial environments
  • Floor fitting qualification
  • NVQ or similar
  • Excellent communication skills and numeracy skills
  • Willing and able to travel within the UK (and possibly outside of the UK). This will involve spending nights away from home
