We're looking for friendly, confident, outgoing individuals to join our team of vintage style Party Hosts.

As a Children's Party Host, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services and ensuring that all party guests have a memorable experience.

Shifts are usually on Saturdays, Sundays and school holidays at our Margate based partner venue, but sometimes work is also available on other days of the week.

This is an ideal job to work around another job, studies or family commitments.

What you will be doing
You'll be responsible for welcoming our event guests to our partner venues in Margate, or meeting them at their homes or chosen venue across Kent for mobile bookings, looking after them during the booking and carrying out event activities (full training provided) such as:

  • Ice cream sundae making
  • Liaising with venue staff to serve refreshments
  • Taking card payments for any service upgrades made on the day.


You'll be responsible for setting up the venue, overseeing a team of hair and makeup artists/photographers and other event suppliers and ensuring everything is packed up and the venue is vacated on time.

You'll have responsibility for health and safety and food handling and hygiene.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Greet and welcome party guests upon arrival
  • Manage party activities and ensure all guests are engaged and entertained
  • Liaise with parents of the birthday child ensure smooth execution of events
  • Set up and clean party areas before and after each event
  • Assist with serving food, cake, and beverages to party guests
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment throughout the party
  • Address any guest concerns or issues promptly and professionally
  • Provide excellent customer service by anticipating guest needs and exceeding expectations
