The Company
This organization is a rapidly expanding SaaS platform that specializes in predicting and preventing risks across various industries.
Positioned strongly with a highly essential platform for its clients, they excel in maintaining long-term relationships once clients are onboarded.
The Role
- Primarily a CSM position, focusing on client retention and account growth opportunities
- Act as the primary point of contact, particularly with tier 1 accounts
- Conduct QBRs to gain deeper insights into client needs
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year experience at a SaaS vendor in a business-oriented role (ideal for individuals with 1 to 3 years of SaaS experience)
- Preferably with a background in Customer Success or Account Management, although consideration will be given to Account Executives or Sales Development Representatives looking to transition
- Ability to work onsite 2 days per week
- Enthusiasm for a client-facing business role
