About The Role


As the Resource coordinator you will be responsible for the planning resourcing and coordinating of all business contractor requirements, covering professional, and contingent labour services for all project requirements.


What are the responsibilities?

  • Confirm all staff selected with projects/suppliers
  • Collate all info/staffing requirements
  • Ensure that the contractor rate card is used and applied
  • Maintain positive relations with customers, suppliers
  • Carrying out internal audits on data held within the central resourcing team
  • Booking courses with suppliers/site and contractors for renewal of certifications

What you need to qualify for this job?

  • At least 3 months previous experience of planning, resourcing and coordinating agency staff for professional, and contingent labour roles within the railway environment.
  • Ability to network internally and externally and share best practice with the wider business
  • Ability to multitask and demonstrate a good level of organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work with limited supervision
  • Strong computing skills in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Flexibility and an ability and willingness to learn.
