Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Offer mentorship and coaching to consultants, assisting with their sales activities and ops metrics expectations.Develop and implement training programs to improve consultants' skills in sales, client management, and industry knowledge.

Support existing client relationships aligned with the national accounts team to ensure top satisfaction levels and secure future business.

Collaborate closely with the Branch Manager to create and execute strategic plans for achieving branch and regional sales targets.

Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing corrective measures.Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and best practices.
Travel requirements:You will travel within your designated region to meet with clients and prospects. Plan travel efficiently to maximize time spent on business development and consultant support activities.
