Responsibilities include sourcing candidates through headhunting and networking, conducting candidate interviews, extending job offers, handling rejections, and more. Our Delivery Team

The Delivery team plays a crucial role in our business success. Without them, we wouldn't be able to fill as many positions. Comprising a skilled group of 180 Recruitment Consultants, the Delivery team focuses on candidates.

Main responsibilities:

  • Headhunting and networking on platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow
  • Creating and posting job adverts
  • Conducting telephone interviews with candidates to evaluate their suitability
  • Building strong candidate relationships to establish a robust talent pipeline
  • Utilizing social media to build a personal brand
