Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Assistance: Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support via various channels (phone, email, chat) regarding CyberArk's products, assisting with troubleshooting, configuration, and usage inquiries.

Issue Resolution: Investigate and diagnose technical issues reported by customers, utilizing problem-solving skills and CyberArk's resources to identify root causes and provide timely resolutions.

Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, issues reported, and solutions provided. Contribute to internal knowledge bases, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides for common problems.

Collaboration: Work closely with other support team members, as well as developers, engineers, and other departments within CyberArk, to escalate complex issues and ensure efficient problem resolution.

Customer Training: Provide guidance and training to customers on how to use CyberArk's products effectively, offering best practices and recommendations for optimizing their use.

Product Improvement Feedback: Collect feedback from customers regarding product usability, features, and enhancements, and communicate this feedback internally to contribute to product improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:

3 years of experience in Identity and Access management particularly CyberArk PAM solution (self-hosted)

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, privileged access management, and related technologies.

Proficiency in CyberArk's suite of products and tools.

Able to support and/or implement and/or manage at least 3 of the following:
CyberArk, Azure Active Directory, Windows Active Directory, Powershell, Windows server.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information effectively to non-technical users.

Analytical and problem-solving capabilities to investigate and resolve complex technical issues.

Previous experience in a technical support or customer-facing role is preferred.

Relevant certifications in cybersecurity or privileged access management are advantageous.
