Currently expanding, we are in search of a Recruitment Consultant interested in transitioning into the media recruitment field. The perfect candidate will possess media recruitment experience, although individuals from other recruitment sectors will also be considered. Familiarity with the digital realm is advantageous.

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will collaborate with our team of recruiters on various accounts including Sales, SEO/PPC/Planning/Buying, developer, and Ad-Ops desks. This role offers the chance to delve into the digital landscape working alongside the MD. Our comprehensive training and mentorship program is tailored to individual strengths and weaknesses, with fast-track progression options for outstanding performers. An exceptional candidate could be leading a team within 6 months of proving themselves.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account managing key clients
  • Pitching to potential and existing clients while maintaining customer awareness
  • Mentoring a resourcer
  • Identifying sales leads
  • Screening potential candidates/clients
  • Placing candidates in permanent/temporary roles within Digital/Media clients
