Majestas is a globally recognized company with a portfolio of leading luxury brands. The Talent Acquisition Manager plays a crucial role in managing the recruitment process to attract and retain top talent.
Responsible for overseeing recruitment, this position involves creating and executing strategies to bring in qualified candidates, collaborating with internal stakeholders, and nurturing relationships with external partners.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.- Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs, create job descriptions, and establish selection criteria.
- Use various recruitment channels such as online job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals to identify potential candidates.
- Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to maintain data accuracy and comply with hiring regulations.
- Establish and cultivate relationships with external recruitment agencies, universities, and other talent resources.
- Cultivate a strong employer brand to attract top talent and enhance the organization's reputation as a preferred employer.
- Offer guidance and training to hiring managers on effective recruitment methods and interviewing strategies.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and patterns to pinpoint areas for enhancement and streamline the hiring process.
- Work closely with HR team members and Management to facilitate the onboarding of new hires for a seamless transition.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and cutting-edge practices in talent acquisition and recruitment technology.
