As the Head of PE you will be responsible for leadingthe PE department developing the curriculum coaching school teamsand organizing sporting events andcompetitions.

Responsibilities:

  • Leadand manage the PE department providing strategic vision anddirection
  • Develop and implement a comprehensivePE curriculum
  • Organize and oversee schoolsporting events competitions and extracurricularactivities
  • Coach school sports teams andencourage student participation
  • Evaluate andassess student performance in PE
  • Collaboratewith other departments to integrate physical activity into theschool curriculum
  • Maintain and manage sportsequipment andfacilities

Requirements:
  • QualifiedTeacher Status (QTS) orequivalent
  • Specialization in Physical Educationor a related field
  • Proven experience teachingPE preferably in a leadership role
  • Passion forpromoting physical activity and healthylifestyles
  • Excellent knowledge of sports andphysical education programs
  • Strong leadershipand management skills
  • Effective communicationand interpersonal abilities
  • Experience inorganizing sporting events andcompetitions
  • Ability to coach school sportsteams
  • Commitment to student achievement andholisticdevelopment
