An opportunity has presented itself to work for an independent, multi-disciplinary estate agency and surveying company with a number of offices in Surrey.
They are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Senior/Sales Negotiator to join their busy estate agency team.

You will be responsible for driving new business growth through valuations, follow-ups, and listings, as well as ensuring high levels of service for our vendors.

In return, they will offer a competitive salary and benefits package.

Working hours*:

- **5 days a week (some weeks including a Saturday - rota system)

Key responsibilities -

  • Conduct property valuations, followups, and listings to win new vendor instructions.
  • Provide regular updates to vendors on marketing activity and viewer feedback.
  • Work closely with branch colleagues to coordinate communication with clients.
  • Maintain extensive knowledge of the local property market and competition Keep uptodate with changes in relevant legislation and regulations

Salary:
£35,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:

  • Commission pay

Experience:

- estate agency sales: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving License and access to your own car (required)
