Working in partnership with market leading brands, we have taken the time to understand what our clients are really looking for when it comes to hiring their temporary workforce.nWe are now looking to add an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to the team in South Ockendon from our newly refurbished office.
The successful candidate will come from a Temporary recruitment background (any industry considered) having proven working relationships with clients and candidates alike.
Role requirements:
Reporting directly into the Managing Director and working along-side and in conjunction with other team members.nRaise the profile of both the Temporary department, and the branch, through education and promotional activities.nIdentifying local & national opportunities through networking with both current clients and prospects.nFulfil scheduled placements and maintain revenue streams in accordance with specified SLA's.nMaintain and develop client-business relationships through service visits and regular reviews.nBuild relationships with clients based on trust and value.nEnsure that clients are satisfied with the company at all times and resolve any outstanding issues within the specified SLA.nKeeping a healthy candidate availability list at all times.nImplement and run successful recruitment campaigns to attract the highest quality of candidates.nReact to incoming branch business, ensuring the clients requirements are fulfilled to the highest level.

Demonstrates ability to interact professionally with potential clients via phone, email and face to face.nHighly developed all round interpersonal skills.nProven temporary recruitment experience.nCustomer service oriented with a positive, well-motivated attitude.nConscientious and driven desire to improve sales and activity performance beyond targets.nStrong organisational and time management skills with the flexibility to reprioritise, as necessary.
