This is a fantastic opportunity, working with a lively, outbound sales team you'll be reporting into our Strategic Partnerships Executive, coordinating and completing outbound calling activities to partner establishments including mystery shopping, information gathering to complete a number of different QA activities

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and submit timely reports and presentations where required to share results of activities carried out and utilising data and information gathered or researched to create action plans that are strategically aligned with team and business goals.
  • You will deliver feedback both to individuals and at a team level as and when required on findings from discussions with partner establishments.
  • Complete systems updates and administration changes to maintain accurate records.
  • Working with the wider team to deliver strategic initiative activities to drive quality and product excellence.

Skills required

  • We're searching an individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you'll have great attention to detail and organisational skills
  • You will gave great time management skills and the ability to prioritise your workload effectively.
  • We're searching a team member who has excellent customer service skills and enjoy working with a team, take direction from others and collaborate effectively.
