The Ship & Crown is a classic pub that offers a wide selection of Cask Ales, Lagers, and Craft Beers, some brewed locally in the Channel Islands. Whether you prefer a local Guernsey Rocquette's cider or something from abroad, we've got you covered.

In addition to our beverages, we pride ourselves on serving delicious, traditional pub meals. For a more upscale dining experience, head upstairs to the Crow's Nest and enjoy stunning panoramic views of the harbour.

If you're a sports enthusiast, you'll be delighted by the variety of live events showcased at the Ship & Crown.

You will be:

  • A skilled Team Leader with a passion for delivering exceptional service and driving the success of our establishment
  • Experienced in managing guests staying overnight, which would be a huge plus
  • A proactive leader who leads by example, actively participates in daily operations, and is adept at both administrative tasks and hands-on work
  • An expert in handling financial aspects such as pricing, stock control, and labour to contribute to the overall profitability of the venue
  • Passionate about providing a memorable experience for our guests, ensuring that every dish and drink is crafted with care
  • Your authentic self - we value diversity and individuality in our team members
  • A dedicated promoter of safety, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and maintaining high standards
