Manufacturing Assembly Operators

Our teams build the full range of our products within recommended assembly build times and are ensuring the highest level of quality standards throughout the production process.
Assemble the constituent parts of the products from PCB level through sub assembly to finished units, following Company engineering drawings.
Understand and build to wiring schedules, using appropriate meters, where required, to check assembled work.
Highlight any specification or design errors.
Ensure all activities are completed in accordance with Quality System procedures and standards within recommended times specified on the ERP system.
Raise the appropriate levels of non-conformance reports i.e., Observation Reports and Engineering Change requests.Support other Assembly staff as required, to complete specific activities.
Follow all Manufacturing Department administrative procedures and maintain records via the systems provided.
Understand and use Company IT resources, i.e. Intranet and ERP system in support of day-to-day activities such as part enquiries and stock searches.
