Your Role:

This is an ideal role for individuals who thrive in an environment that involves Microsoft Office tools, excel in communication, and have experience dealing with customers face to face.

If you have worked in a Workshop or Automotive setting (not essential) and possess a full driving license, you could be the perfect fit.


About the Position:
As an Administrator Customer Service Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences and efficient operations at our new Glasgow location

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Warmly welcoming and assisting customers
  • Handling general administrative tasks
  • Coordinating customer appointments and managing vehicle collections and returns
  • Collaborating with our drivers and overseeing the transport schedule
  • Managing incoming and outgoing phone calls
  • Updating records with insurance companies
  • Maintaining computer systems and portals
  • Organising vehicle placement on the forecourt
  • Compiling comprehensive job packs and related administrative tasks
