Duties & Responsibilities _

PERSONAL/FAMILY_

  • Collecting/ordering prescriptions from local pharmacy as required
  • Dropping kids off/collecting kids when necessary
  • Accepting packages at the house & signing for them
  • Managing the family calendar and sending reminders where needed
  • Booking & managing appointments for the family
  • Coordinate & help run events such as Birthdays/Christmas
  • Running household errands
  • Working closely with Anna to ensure her daily to do lists are up to date
  • Scheduling household maintenance when necessary and liaising in group chats & with Anna
  • Place orders online as per the family's request
  • Manage household finances regular payments/invoices
  • Opening post daily / sending parcels
  • Filing of household paperwork
  • Adhoc tasks as required by the family

RENTAL PROPERTY

  • Any property related admin such as liaising with mortgage companies, solicitors, tenants, insurance companies, utilities & energy companies
  • Managing monthly meter readings including Chadham House & giving them to Utility Warehouse
  • Dressing rooms before viewings
  • Responding to tenants
  • Arranging & conducting viewings as and when necessary
  • Keeping property drop box/filing in order

SKIN WITHIN

  • Checking the inbox daily and responding/forwarding any enquires to the relevant team member
  • Filing and online file maintenance
  • Placing orders when required
Hours: 3-4 hrs per day (morning ideally)

Days: 4-5 days per week, Monday - Friday (1-2 days could be worked remotely)
