As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries or issues.


Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries or concerns
  • Provide information about products and services
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Up sell products and services to customers when appropriate
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Analyse customer accounts and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations

Qualifications:

  • Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to handle high call volumes
  • Ability to analyse customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Ability to effectively communicate with customers in a professional manner

From £24,458.52 per year
