We are expanding, and seeking to increase turnover and subsequent profit relating to
the F&B aspect of our business. As a result, we are heavily investing in our facilities and our people.
Delapre Golf Centre is now seeking to appoint a Full time employee who will be skilled in providing a first
about food and beverage and above all, be able to deliver unrivalled customer service.
You must ensure our policies, procedures and business model are adhered to in order to achieve our revenue
objectives.

Qualities & Experience

• Warm, friendly and charismatic, highly organised with an eye for detail.
• Highly effective communication skills, engaging and attentive.
• Must be able to use own initiative and solve problems as they arise.
• Must have smart appearance at all times.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure customer requirements and expectations are achieved
• Ensure customer orders are processed from the locations seasonally prescribed (Summer: Outside space) (Winter: Inside space/Driving range)
• Ensure customers are receiving their orders in a timely manner. Ensure customer waiting times are at a minimum.
• Serve customers in a polite and professional Manner and serve golf related customers efficiently and effectively at all times.
• All public spaces must be kept clean and tidy at all times. Tables must be cleared and rubbish disposed off at the earliest opportunity (this is essential)
• You must be able to remain calm under pressure.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills are particularly important.

The above is not an exhaustive list of duties and you will be expected to perform different tasks as
necessitated by your changing role within the Organisation and the overall business objectives of the
organisation.
