Our client is a respected care home provider operating within the healthcare sector. They are committed to delivering high-quality care and services to their residents, and they're looking for a Commissioning Home Manager who shares their dedication to excellence.
As the Commissioning Home Manager, you'll be tasked with:
- Recruiting, hiring, and training a top-notch team of care staff, administrative personnel, and support staff.
- Directing the commissioning of the new care home, ensuring all installations meet the highest standards.
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the care home once opened.
- Developing and maintaining effective policies and procedures for all aspects of care home operations.
- Managing the care home's budget, ensuring cost-effective operations without compromising on the quality of care.
In the role of Commissioning Home Manager, you'll receive:
- An annual salary of £60,000.
- A 50% bonus (£90,000 OTE)
