Shifts:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 14:3020:30

Job role will include:

  • Providing excellent customer service, both face to face and over the phone
  • Dealing with both external and internal customers
  • Responding to queries in a prompt and professional manner, within company standards
  • Good time management skills and meeting KPI targets
  • Maintaining highly professional standards expected by this client
  • Using various computer systems to efficiently to meet company requirements
Pay rates
- £10.72 per hour

What we are looking for:

  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems
  • Confident and out going people, happy in a customer facing role
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Knowledge of Hazardous Goods an advantage
  • Able to work well independently and as part of a team
  • Have good customer service skills and an eye for detail
  • 23 years of Operational processing experience ideally
  • Knowledge of the express logistics field
Must have skills

  • GCSE or equivalent Maths and English
  • Administrative experience
