We are looking for
Support Worker who are local, ideally living within a
15 mile radius from
Southampton(SO13 7DS) they can attend regular shifts for a client based locally.

The client is a Learning Difficulty/Mental Health Residential home so experience working with Mental Health/Learning difficulties would be ideal.


You will be responsible for supporting residents and enhancing and enriching quality of life for people we support by enabling them to keep moving towards agreed goals and life skills.

This will involve supporting those individuals to plan and engage in activities in line with their individualised activity planner.

Qualifications/Training required

  • Basic First Aid at work or higher
  • Care Certificate or equivalent
  • Medication and Original Pack Dispensing
  • Moving and Positioning People
  • Safeguarding and MCA/Dols
We can provide some of these trainings but care experience is ideal
