What you'll be doing

Accountable for driving day-to-day sales revenue operations activities across region/ vertical, driving consistent and positive engagement with sales to achieve operational KPIs and deliver on short and medium term plans as well as strategic roadmap targets. Provide weekly reporting to revenue operations manager and vertical sales director on KPI performance, risks and issues. Track state of campaign lead activation and opportunity health across life cycle, having regular reviews with sales leads and managers on team performance, targeted deep dives and coaching sessions for specific account managers / sales teams where required to facilitate the delivery of MTP targets. Drive sales hygiene initiatives and implement continuous review of cycle landscaping and account planning to improve data quality for sales and commercial teams, reporting weekly to revenue operations manager. Improve order entry activities as shared by sales operations teams across the channel, taking feedback and learning from service and sales planning and operations teams.

What we'd like to see on your CV

Experience in sales, or a sales support function will be beneficial as you will be an advisor to the sales community. Coaching ability for improvements within sales teams and feeding back were right plans haven't been put in place. The ability to use data and forecast for finance and resource teams, telling stories with data. Stakeholder management up to B-suite, with the ability to have difficult conversations, resilience is key. Familiar with sales tools such as salesforce, Altfy etc.
