The Senior Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing our supply chain, distribution network, and logistics partners to drive operational excellence and support our expansion goals.
Lead and mentor a specialized team responsible for order management, inventory control and logistics operations.Drive efficiency improvements in warehouse operations, inventory management, and order fulfillment to meet service level agreements (SLA's).
Develop, implement, and govern KPI reporting to monitor operational performance, track key trends, and identify areas for improvement. Utilize data analytics to drive decision-making and operational optimization.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with 3pl partners, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and performance metrics.
Anticipate and plan for capacity requirements to support market growth and seasonal demand fluctuations. Manage budgetary responsibilities related to distribution operations, optimizing costs without compromising quality.
Drive cross-functional strategic initiatives to improve customer experience and overall cost structure of the business providing visibility to the milestones, and performance across all projects.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Master's degree preferredProven track record of success in optimizing operations, driving efficiency improvements, and managing complex supply chain networks. Experience in program or project management is a plus.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the distribution space
