Defects Coordinator

Responsibilities:

- Play a crucial role in supporting customers with defects by coordinating with warranty providers and developers to resolve outstanding issues.

- Accurately log all defects and maintain up-to-date records for reporting to senior management. Provide relevant information on new housing stock to internal departments.

- Support the team in delivering exceptional customer experiences and assisting with new build aftercare for Aster.

Requirements:

- Strong dedication to delivering exceptional customer service and placing the customer at the core of operations.

- Proficient in communication with customers, colleagues, and external partners through various channels. Ability to convey key messages effectively in written and verbal communication.

- Attention to detail in maintaining precise records of interactions and information for cross-business support.

- No specific construction knowledge required, but advantageous if available. GCSE education level with a willingness to learn and enhance service continuously.

- Comfortable using internal IT systems and Microsoft Office suite daily.

- Ability to work remotely with occasional travel to hubs and offices, primarily the Devizes hub.
