Job Description: As our UI/UX hire, we'll look to your expertise to help us ensure we continue creating a world-class product experience as we scale.

  • Create intuitive and mature user interfaces that meet the needs of SourceWhale's growing customer base, whilst ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • Focus on designing with the end-user in mind, leveraging user research and feedback to drive design decisions.
  • Work with Product team to identify opportunities for UX improvement and define best practices across the application.
  • Synthesize qualitative and quantitative data from multiple sources to derive actionable insights and inform iterative design improvements.
  • Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs, providing guidance and support throughout the development process.
  • Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design quality and innovation.

Requirements:

  • Proven UI & UX design experience, preferably in SaaS.
  • Keen eye for detail to ensure a polished and professional design output.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on user-centric design.
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate design ideas and collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing relevant web-based design projects.
