Their Post-Exchange Team, consisting of over 15 dedicated partners, handles a broad range of property transactions from exchange to completion and registration, ensuring a seamless process for their clients. This firm is seeking a dedicated Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer to join the Post-Exchange Team. You will play a key role in supervising and developing the team, enhancing processes, and ensuring efficient handling of transactions. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise daily operations, manage work flows, and ensure deadlines are met. - Oversee and train paralegals and trainees, maintaining high service standards. - Handle client inquiries and provide progress reports. - Review and improve post-exchange processes. - Manage completions, prepare and approve documents, and handle Land Registry requisitions. - Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with LEXCEL standards Requirements: - Strong academic background with a 2:1 degree. - Minimum two years' PQE as a solicitor, CILEx Lawyer, or Licensed Conveyancer. - Experience in land contracts and volume transactions. - Excellent organisational and communication skills. - Proficiency in MS Office applications. - Leadership skills and the ability to supervise a team. - Client-focused with a methodical approach and attention to detail.
