My client, a leading provider of surgical and diagnostic services for the NHS in community settings across the UK, is seeking an interim matron to oversee surgical settings within a specific geographical area. This individual must possess a strong understanding of operating theatres and healthcare environments.

As the company is experiencing growth, they are particularly interested in someone ambitious to join their team.

Skills required:

  • Qualified RGN or ODP
  • Compassionate leader with healthcare background
  • Positive influencer with strong leadership skills
  • Knowledgeable in Infection Prevention and Control
  • Experience in process improvement

This is a hybrid role that includes on-site, head office, and remote work.

The client is eager to onboard quickly, so immediate availability is preferred.

Day Rate: £350 Inside IR35

Duration: 3 months initially
