Swift Accident Claims
An exciting opportunity to work within a busy office at Swift Accident Claims. The role will cover all aspects of Business Administration, while working towards a Level 3 Business Administration qualification.


If you have strong communication skills are hardworking and are keen to develop the skills and knowledge needed in business this role is ideal.


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Respond promptly to customer enquiries
  • Keep quality records of information gathered to process an insurance claim abiding by regulatory and company requirements.
  • Investigate and monitor developments on all claims taking a proactive approach
  • Liaising with staff and customers
  • Filing, faxing, photocopying and scanning documents
  • Sorting and distributing incoming post
  • Data input
  • General office duties

Administrative skills, Attention to detail, IT skills, Organisation skills, Team working

Qualifications
GCSE or equivalent English (Grade C/4) Essential
GCSE or equivalent Math (Grade C/4) Essential
